Don’t Make a Critical Mistake During a Crisis

Only the most fortunate of small businesses will never experience a crisis, so it’s best to know in advance how to avoid making a potential disaster even worse. Offering practical guidance is the new Small Business Administration webinar, “The Top 10 Most Common Mistakes During a Crisis.”

The webinar will run from 1 to 2 p.m. Dec. 10.

Entrepreneurs and their employees can learn from some of the largest and most frequent missteps made by small businesses in the wake of adverse events, from the loss of key data to property damage caused by a flood or other natural disaster.

The discussion will include stories and other information culled from hundreds of real-life cases in which small businesses either did not plan for a crisis or failed to follow their plan, along with what catastrophe-stricken enterprises learned during the all-important recovery process.
