The HR Help Desk has launched to help business owners get real-time solutions and guidance for their HR challenges.
The HR Help Desk is the brainchild of People People founder Belinda Waggoner. A subscription-based platform, The HR Help Desk will be manned by People People’s HR advisors who will answer calls and emails to help subscribers with their specific personnel challenges.
The $149 monthly subscription also includes a weekly newsletter with tips, Frequently Asked Questions and HR news; access to a library of HR forms by state to ensure that your company is compliant; and discounts on educational webinars and products from People People.
“We’ve seen it all – rogue employees, ill-informed decisions and lawsuits,” Waggoner said. “If you aren’t getting the right help at the right time, decisions made in a vacuum can create huge liabilities for your business, and even you personally.”
The HR Help Desk will answer four questions from subscribers each month by phone, email or video chat. It is staffed Monday through Friday, and Waggoner said subscriber questions will be answered within two hours. The platform is available to employers in all 50 states.
People People, an HR consultancy for startups and small businesses, launched in 2009 as HR-Haven and recently rebranded as People People. The company was honored in the 2013 Class of 25 Under 25.
