New locations of uBreakiFix open this month

National tech repair company uBreakiFix opens two new locations in the Kansas City metro area this month.

Ward Parkway uBreakiFix will open its doors Sept. 11, while Liberty uBreakiFix will begin serving clientele at the end of the month.

UBreakiFix currently operates nine locations in Kansas City following the May 2018 partnership with Phone Medic, a locally-owned tech repair company led by Mike and Paul Kushnir and Christine Ricci.

The collective goal of uBreakiFix’s Kansas City locations is to keep the community connected for tech repair needs, Ricci said.

“Through our newest locations in Liberty and at Ward Parkway, we’re able to provide access to convenient, high-quality tech repair solutions for businesses and consumers in each of these communities,” she said.

With over 400 locations in North America, uBreakiFix services game consoles, computers and laptops, as well as handheld devices such as tablets, smartphones and more. The company works with all makes and models but has partnerships with Google and Samsung.

“We are a customer service company first, and a tech repair company second,” said Justin Wetherill, CEO of uBreakiFix. “As we expand throughout Kansas City, we look forward to becoming the trusted resource to keep consumers and businesses connected to the things and people who matter most.”

Ward Parkway uBreakiFix is at 8440 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, Mo., and the Liberty location is at 107 S. Stewart Road.
