Pipeline Opens Applications for 2018 Regional Class

Are you a high-performing entrepreneur with a company that will have a game-changing impact? If so, Pipeline is an organization that may be able to help you and your company achieve those goals.

Pipeline is accepting applications for its 2018 Entrepreneurial Fellowship. Entrepreneurs who are selected will learn from entrepreneurial leaders from around the world.

The organization, which began in 2006, consists of some of the Midwest’s most successful, high-performance entrepreneurs. Although it began in Kansas, it has grown into a regional program that operates in three states: Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.

The organization includes more than 100 entrepreneurs who employ over 1,600 people and have raised more than $400 million in outside capital since becoming part of the program. Entrepreneurs who enter the program are typically ready for growth.

“I continue to be impressed with the quality and diversity of entrepreneurs we see through the application process,” said Joni Cobb, Pipeline president and CEO. “It’s a joy to connect our applicant entrepreneurs, regardless of whether they end up in this year’s cohort. Eventually we hope every impactful Midwest entrepreneur will find the right time to call Pipeline home.”

As part of the program, entrepreneurs not only invest in their own professional development, they also have access to a renowned national network of business experts. Pipeline does not take equity in member companies.

Applications close on October 19. Prior to the application closing date, Pipeline is hosting events in Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska to meet eligible entrepreneurs in person and to allow potential applications to learn more about Pipeline and its members.

The first round of interviews will be conducted on November 15 and 16. Final interviews will be held on December 6 and 7, and the 2018 Fellowship Class will be announced at Pipeline’s annual gala on January 25, 2018.
