Wednesdays in November on Small Changes Big Shifts, host Dr. Michelle Robin will explore AWAKENINGS on your journey to wellness. Dr. Robin’s first guest is Laura Putnam. Putnam is the author of Workplace Wellness That Works (WILEY) and CEO of Motion Infusion, a well-being training and consulting firm that provides creative solutions in the areas of engagement, behavior change, human performance, and building healthier, happier, and more innovative organizations.  

Also joining the program this week is Dr. Kim D’Eramo. Dr. D’Eramo is a physician, a speaker, #1 bestselling author of “The MindBody Tool Kit,” and founder of The American Institute of MindBody Medicine. She is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and trained at Emory University’s Grady Hospital in Atlanta. 

Dr. D’Eramo healed herself from a chronic illness doctors told her would be life-long and require medications indefinitely. After just 10 days of using MindBody Tools, she was symptom-free and disease-free. She now teaches internationally to empower patients with tools that can be used anytime to re-pattern the brain, send new messages to the body, and restore ideal health physically, emotionally and mentally.
