ARC's new Iowa location

ARC Physical Therapy+ Opens Third Location in Iowa

ARC Physical Therapy+ is continuing its expansion in Iowa with the opening of its third clinic in the Hawkeye State.

The new clinic is based in Urbandale. It’s the 18th location that ARC has launched in Missouri, Kansas and Iowa.

“The opening of the Urbandale clinic is a culmination of almost 12 months of work listening to our current partners, engaging what we hope to be new partners and continuing to raise people’s expectations about what great therapy should look like in our Ankeny and downtown Des Moines facilities,” said Brian Stewart, ARC Physical Therapy+’s CMO.

ARC got its start focusing on workers’ compensation treatment, but it has evolved to become a “healthy workforce company,” one that not only helps clients’ employees rehabilitate from injuries, but to prevent those injuries from occurring in the first place.

“ARC Physical Therapy+ is committed to growing, but not just growing to grow, but doing so in a way that allows us to continue to support our mission of being a catalyst of change and delivering the best care and communication in our industry,” said Stewart, who is a partner in ARC. “Our company has been built by and supported by great people and we get the chance to employ more great people in our family of clinics with this new facility.”

Charles Flatness will be the new clinic’s lead therapist.

“This new clinic will not only allow us to expand our offerings to Urbandale area physicians and employers, but also give us a perfect footprint in the greater Des Moines metro area,” he said. “We can be more responsive to the needs of our referral sources and be a better, more convenient location for patients that live in the northwest part of the metro.”
