Kansas City barbeque restaurant Q39 is both expanding its original location and adding another within the next year. The announcement comes just after the restaurant’s second anniversary. Kansas City’s Trozzolo Communications Group is adding 12 high-end jobs and investing $400,000 into its downtown headquarters. Kansas is home to a higher than average percentage of middle market firms, while Missouri has seen a surge in the number of those companies, according to a new report from American Express and Dun & Bradstreet.
