Kansas City barbeque restaurant Q39 is both expanding its original location and adding another within the next year. The announcement comes just after the restaurant’s second anniversary. Kansas City’s Trozzolo Communications Group is adding 12 high-end jobs and investing $400,000 into its downtown headquarters.
