The Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is a not-for-profit full-service economic development organization that provides assistance to new, existing and expanding businesses located in Kansas City, Mo., or those considering a Kansas City location.
Entrepreneurial resources include low-cost, long-term financing through EDC loan programs and financial assistance information; application and qualification for state and local incentives, such as Enterprise Zone benefits and Missouri Customized Training grants; and coordination of services and assistance.
