Sally Hogshead to Give Keynote at CX Leadership Lyceum

Author and speaker Sally Hogshead, an expert on the topic of fascination, will headline next week’s Central Exchange Leadership Lyceum.

sally-hogsheadThe daylong conference will start at 7:30 a.m. April 29 at the Overland Park Convention Center. Admission costs $275 for Central Exchange members, $300 for nonmembers. You can register for the event at this website.

The theme of this year’s Leadership Lyceum is “Brand You: Know Yourself. Make Yourself Known.”

Hogshead will talk about “How the World Sees You,” which also happens to be the title of her most recent book. Hogshead helps audiences understand how to use their unique personality traits to impress and motivate other people.

The Leadership Lyceum will feature morning and afternoon breakout sessions on ways that professionals can improve their personal brands.

The luncheon will include a panel discussion showcasing local marketing experts, including Stephen Colanero, the chief marketing officer for AMC Theatres; Beth Wade, the chief marketing officer at VML; and Gail Worth, the owner of Gail’s Harley-Davidson.

The afternoon speaker will be Michelle Vicary, the executive vice president of programming and network publicity at Crown Media Holdings.
