Randal Pinkett, the season 4 winner of The Apprentice, joins host Kelly Scanlon to discuss his latest book Black Faces in White Places: 10 Game-Changing Strategies to Achieve Success and Find Greatness. Pinkett is the founder, chairman and CEO of BCT Partners, a multi-million dollar consulting, research, technology and analytics firm in New Jersey. BCT Partners is Pinkett’s fifth venture. He’s also a speaker, author and scholar and is often featured on national television programs.
