Accounting and consulting firm RubinBrown is expanding to Nashville, where it will focus on Tennessee-based real estate clients.
This will be the fourth city for RubinBrown, which is headquartered in St. Louis and has a location in Kansas City.
“Nashville is a city that RubinBrown has been looking at for years,” managing partner John Herber said. “We recognize an increasing need for our specialized real estate services and, along with the dynamic growth in Nashville and throughout the entire state of Tennessee, this makes the opening of an office here a fantastic business opportunity. We certainly will add services and staff as our firm grows the client base.”
Amy Broadwater, a CPA in RubinBrown’s St. Louis office, will lead the new Nashville operation. Broadwater specializes in projects involving affordable housing tax credits, historic rehabs, New Markets Tax Credits, renewable energy and real estate investment funds.
