Trisha Allenbrand is the new president of Lenexa’s Spaces Inc., a firm that specializes in workspace planning and design.

Allenbrand has been with Spaces for 14 years, and she previously served as the company’s vice president. She is also the president of Evologic, which moves, stores and installs workplace furniture. Allenbrand is a board member for the Kansas High School Rodeo Association.

“My vision for Spaces is to continue with our focus to be recognized as the best Knoll DIRTT office furniture dealer in the country,” Allenbrand said. “Being in the Midwest, we will not likely ever be the biggest, but we can be the best. The best means delivering a client experience that is unique, effective and answers their expectations.”

Chris McCormack, Spaces’ former president, recalled how Allenbrand’s promotion came about.

“Recently, I was asked to attend a Knoll Presidents Round Table in East Greenville,” McCormack said. “I had a previously scheduled event and had to decline the offer, and asked if Trisha could pinch hit for me. As I thought about it, I felt as if I was asking Trisha to represent us at a Knoll Presidents Round Table event, that it was time for her to assume the title as well.”

McCormack said he’s optimistic about Spaces’ prospects under Allenbrand’s leadership.

“Our business is difficult, but if we continue to create value for those customers we serve, we will always be successful,” said McCormack.
