Mission’s AnswerPro Limited has won the Silver Award of Excellence from the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) for the third year in a row and eight times in total.
The award recognizes companies across North America and the United Kingdom for response time, courteousness, accuracy, call-taker knowledge and general excellence. Doug Gregg, AnswerPro Limited’s general manager, received the award during a ceremony at ATSI’s annual convention in Tampa.
“Companies that earn this award are continuously focusing on delivering first-class service to their customers,” said Jeffrey W. Zindel, president of ATSI. “It is truly an honor!”
Gregg also personally received ATSI’s Learning By Association Sharing Award, which salutes members who make important contributions to the organization and others in their industry.
AnswerPro Limited, which began as Lee’s Secretarial Service, is celebrating its 60th anniversary year. The company is a past winner of the 25 Under 25® Award. Gregg and his team serve clients in a range of industries, including health care, manufacturing, contracting, delivery and more.
