Boulevard Beer Expands Distribution to South Carolina

Boulevard Beer will become available this month in South Carolina, making it the 29th state where brews from Kansas City’s Boulevard Brewing Company can be purchased.

“It‘s the right time to add South Carolina to our map,” said Steve Mills, Boulevard’s vice president of sales, in a release. “The craft beer culture is thriving in the Palmetto State, and our new distribution partners are eager to introduce Boulevard to that community. We look forward to becoming a full participant in the evolving story.”

Seven wholesalers will distribute Boulevard Beer in different areas of the state: Lee Distributing, Comer Distributing, Greenco Beverage Co., Beverage South, H&S Wholesalers, Better Brands and Crown Beverages.

Year-round beers soon to debut in South Carolina include Boulevard’s Unfiltered Wheat Beer, the brewery’s most popular beverage; Pop-Up I.P.A.; 80-Acre Hoppy Wheat Beer; and Single-Wide I.P.A. Also making the move will be Boulevard’s year-round Smokestack Series, made up of Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale, Long Strange Tripel, The Sixth Glass, Double-Wide I.P.A. and Dark Truth Stout. Seasonal and limited release beers also will be introduced in the months ahead.
