A local company is offering strategies for small businesses to intentionally create their culture.
Excellerant, based in Kansas City, Mo., will offer CoreBuild Culture Lab for growth-minded companies looking to improve operational performance, build effective teams, develop leadership, increase productivity and growth, and reduce employee and customer turnover.
• Pre-launch session // 9-11:30 a.m. April 20
• Month One: Define Your Core // 9 a.m.-noon May 11
The initial focus of the Lab is on identifying your company’s unique primary values and driving force. You’ll get new tools, practice to gain experience and shift your perspective. Weekly culture concierge calls will keep you on track, and a one-on-one development session will help you dive deeper.
• Month Two: Embed Your Core // 9 a.m.-noon June 8
Next, you’ll learn to apply your core values and driving force to your organization’s day-to-day operations. You’ll use additional tools to embed your Primary Values and Driving Force into employee behaviors in your workplace. You’ll continue with weekly concierge calls and one-on-one development assistance.
• Month Three: Reinforce Your Core // 9 a.m.-noon July 13
In our final month together, the focus shifts from the present to the future. You’ll practice with new tools to strengthen your workplace culture, engage more of your staff and reap the benefits of your newly energized organization. You’ll continue with weekly concierge calls and one-on-one development assistance.
