Overland Park’s ProPharma Group announced a new CEO.
Dawn Sherman will take on the role on May 14, succeeding founder and CEO Jeff Hargroves. Hargroves will remain on the company’s board.
ProPharma Group offers comprehensive compliance services for pharmaceuticals, biologics and devices. The company, founded in 2001, was acquired in 2016 by Linden Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. The one-time startup has grown to more than 750 employees worldwide.
Hargroves is a fellow of Pipeline and earned the entrepreneurial program’s Member Inspiration Award in 2018.

Sherman comes to ProPharma Group fromEnvisionRxOptions, a subsidiary of RiteAid, where she was president. Previously, she was COO for Teva Pharmaceuticals Europe BV and COO of Medco International BV.
