Helen Bartlett, owner of Refined Interior Staging Solutions in Fairway, has been named one of the Top 10 Rising Star Home Stagers of the Year by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).

Bartlett was recognized in both the vacant and occupied home categories by RESA, a trade association for professional home stagers and redesigners whose efforts play a key role in selling residential real estate properties.

“I am grateful, honored and humbled to be receiving such an award from my peers through RESA,” Bartlett said in a release. “To be recognized from within your own industry with so many women and men who show such exemplary work is very gratifying and rewarding. Being passionate about my work allows for me to share my creativity and professionalism in ways that bring great satisfaction to the homeowners, real estate agents, builders and investors that I work with.”

Bartlett has been a professional real estate stager since 2011 in the Kansas City area. Her company performs home staging for owner-occupied, new, vacant and distressed homes. Services range from consultations to fully staged homes, including color consultations, curb appeal services, redesign and interior design.
