If you’ve got a great idea for a new invention or business, there’s still a little time left to enter the Innovation Showcase hosted by Kansas City Kansas Community College.

The Innovation Showcase will give local entrepreneurs a chance to present their ideas to local investors and experts on entrepreneurship.

The application deadline is Oct. 20. The event itself will be held from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Visionary Impact Theatre, 1017 N. Sixth St. in Kansas City, Kansas.

There will be two categories for competitors: one is for those who haven’t generated any revenue yet, and the other is for those who have.

To apply, entrepreneurs must upload a short pitch video and provide some other information via this website.
