JCCC’s New GAME Course to Help Businesses Grow Their Revenues

Looking to boost your company’s revenues and generally up your entrepreneurship game? Then you should check out GAME, a brand new program being offered by the Small Business Development at Johnson County Community College.

The five-session program—which stands for Growth through Action, Measurement and Engagement—is designed for companies that generate at least $250,000 in annual revenue and have been in operation three or more years.

The center’s staff will help participants take a closer look at their sales and marketing, strategy, operations and profitability—and help them develop action plans for getting better.

The first GAME course will kick off next month. Each individual session will run from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Topics include:

March 1: Scaling Your Business – Become an AGILE Corporation

March 22: Growth Vision – Strategy for Earnings and Revenue Stability

April 5: Key Performance Indicators – Identify Measurements that Matter

Registration costs $299, though an early-bird price of $99 is available before Jan. 31.
