Josh Beck Elected to Board of Directors for Kansas City Chapter of International Corporate Real Estate Network

Josh Beck, a partner at accounting and consulting firm MarksNelson, has been elected to the board of CoreNet Global, an association for professionals involved in corporate real estate.

At MarksNelson, Beck specializes in location strategy, site selection, incentives and economic development counsel. He will be helping on CoreNet’s Communications Committee.

Beck said he is honored to be a part of the board, and that he “looks forward to working with CoreNet Global members to network and share critical information about real estate and economic development in the greater Kansas City community and beyond.”

Beck’s experience includes working on location strategy initiatives with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100 corporations. He’s helped real estate developers identify and structure profitable projects, and he’s guided communities throughout the United States to develop and implement effective economic development strategies.

Previously, Beck served on the board of the Missouri Economic Development Council, the Marketing Implementation Team for the Missouri Strategic Initiative for Economic Growth and the Missouri Certified Shovel-Ready Sites Review Committee.
