Kansas City’s Alight Analytics will host the Midwest’s first and only conference dedicated to marketing analytics in September.
The Marketing Analytics Strategy Summit will debut Sept. 20 in Kansas City, featuring talks from leading brand and agency marketers.
Speakers from Maui Jim, Hill’s Pet Nutrition, GlynnDevins and other leading organizations will share how they use marketing analytics to discover business opportunities, increase revenue and drive strategy for their organizations.
Cost for the conference is $99 through Aug. 9 and rises to $159 after that date.
Alight Analytics helps brands and agencies to better manage marketing data and harness it for actionable business intelligence. The company is a 2014 winner of Thinking Bigger Business Media’s 25 Under 25 Awards.

“We know so many marketers who are achieving amazing things with analytics,” said Matt Hertig, Alight Analytics’ CEO and co-founder. “We want to highlight those success stories and share them with other marketing teams — to show them what’s possible, so they’ll be inspired to evolve their own analytics practice.”
For example, Maui Jim has uncovered surprising insights by connecting its online and brick-and-mortar activities. Hill’s Pet Nutrition will discuss how it monitors and studies its marketing performance around the world.
“The summit is dedicated to the idea that marketing analytics is a business strategy,” said Michelle Jacobs, Alight Analytics’ president and co-founder. “Analytics is more than just measuring clicks and conversions. It’s using that data to uncover underlying patterns and trends so you can optimize your marketing and lead strategy for your entire organization.”
The Marketing Analytics Strategy Summit will run from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Boulevard Brewing Co. in Kansas City. Admission includes a barbecue lunch and a happy hour and networking session at the end of the day.
