The KCK Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for one of its biggest events of the year, The Best of KCK & WYCO Business Expo.

The event will run from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 2 in the Boulevard Member’s Club at Children’s Mercy Park.

Scores of local companies plan to host displays. Those exhibitors—which include restaurants, nonprofits, health care providers, banks and more—will compete in three categories: most innovative booth, most interactive booth and tastiest booth. Attendees will get to vote for their favorites and will be entered into a raffle.

“We have more than 70 vendors registered, and we are anticipating more than 300 attendees for this event,” said Daniel Silva, president and CEO of the KCK Chamber of Commerce. “We encourage the public to join us and celebrate all the great businesses impacting KCK and Wyandotte County, and to sample the unique ‘flavor’ of our business community.”

Advance tickets cost $10 for KCK Chamber members and $15 for nonmembers. Admission will cost $20 the day of the event. Attendees will each get two drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres. To register, visit www.kckchamber.com or call (913) 371-3070.
