Attorneys T. Nelson Mann and Kyle J. Conroy are forming a new corporate law firm, Mann Conroy LLC.
The Mann Conroy law firm will specialize in entrepreneurial growth enterprises, real estate development, information technology, animal health and agriculture, health care and medical industries, general corporate matters and transactional services.
“We are committed to delivering high-quality, efficient and tech-savvy legal services to the corporate, real estate and bio-research/ag market sectors upon on which we are focused,” Mann said.
The new firm will operate offices both in Kansas City, Mo., and Joplin.
Mann most recently led the Mann Law Group, and he previously served as a senior partner with the Stinson Morrison law firm and as chair of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of the Duke University School of Law and has received a series of honors, including “Legal Leaders of the Year,” “Guys Who Get It,” Super Lawyers” and “Best Lawyers.”
Conroy was the principal of the Conroy Law Firm LLC. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, he is an adjunct faculty member at the school and is a contributing author to Thomson Reuter’s Practical Law Company, Finance Practice Area.
