Entrepreneurial Mentor of the Year: A current, active business mentor credited by their mentees and peers for enhancing the growth of Kansas City companies by (1) providing valuable advice and support through a significant commitment of time and effort and (2) building their mentees’ professional skills and abilities.
Corporate Mentor of the Year: Presented to a corporate professional who mentors other employees within an organization, resulting in (1) career and leadership advancements for the mentee and (2) achievement of specific business objectives of the organization.
