Rogge to Step Down as CEO of Cramer Products

Tom Rogge will step down as the president and CEO of Cramer Products, which makes and sells sports medicine and physical education products, on Sept. 30.

Rogge has been with the 95-year-old Gardner-based company since 1991. He’s credited with overseeing a series of acquisitions and helping Cramer bust out of a five-year slump in sales. Last year, Cramer was purchased by Performance Health.

“Throughout my 23 years with the company, I woke up every morning and thanked my lucky stars that we represented a brand with such a stellar reputation,” Rogge said. “The team I’ve worked with at Cramer is outstanding from top to bottom.”

Marshall Dahneke, CEO of Performance Health, praised Rogge’s work.

“This is a time for everyone within Cramer and Performance Health, and even across the entire athletic training and sports medicine universe, to pause, honor, and express gratitude to Tom Rogge for more than two decades of dedicated service to his company, to the Cramer brand and to the profession,” Dahneke said in a written statement.

Rob Mogolov will succeed Rogge. Mogolov, who’s currently the director of marketing, will become general manager, a new position.

Rogge’s honors include the Ernst & Young Turnaround Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Kansas and Western Missouri region, as well as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Blue Chip Enterprise Award.
