Digital marketing agency Salva O’Renick has acquired an interest in branding agency Salient.
The deal will allow each entity to expand the services it offers to clients. Salva O’Renick now has access to Salient’s branding expertise, while Salient can tap into Salva O’Renick’s digital sales tools and marketing muscle.
“The acquisition enables us to further enhance the services we provide at Salva O’Renick, especially in areas like market research, analytics, event planning and PR,” said Dan Salva, Salva O’Renick’s co-founder and chief strategic officer.
The Salient team has moved into Salva O’Renick’s offices in the Crossroads, but Salient will continue to operate as an “agency within the agency” with its own branding.
“This new partnership means we can help organizations not only define their brand strategy and positioning, but also optimize their brand experiences from search to sales, and from their front office to the field,” said Brad Lang, the founder of Salient. “It’s exciting to add the deep capabilities of Salva O’Renick to our own team’s collective expertise.”
