SGF Contracting Services Inc. — a contractor that serves the real estate investing industry – is expanding into a slew of new markets across the country.
The company rehabs and repairs properties that investors have acquired. That way, the real estate can be rented out again or sold at a profit.
SGF is headquartered in Springfield, but it’s part of Affinity Worldwide, a Kansas City-based family of companies that primarily serve real estate investors, landlords, asset managers and others in the real estate industry.
“Our goal is to expand SGF’s footprint wherever its clients need qualified, reliable rehab and repair services,” said Charlie Fitzgerald, CEO of Affinity Venture Partners. “There is a huge void in the fix-flip and fix-rent vertical for real estate investors, contractors and lenders that SGF fills very well.”
Because of its expansion, SGF is now operating in more than 10 new markets: Dallas; Fort Worth; Houston; Miami; Philadelphia; Detroit; New Jersey; Portland, Oregon; Cincinnati, Columbus and other areas in Ohio.
That’s in addition to the places where SGF already had a presence, including but not limited to: the Kansas City metro and southwest Missouri; Tulsa; Columbia, South Carolina; Memphis; Chicago; Indianapolis; Atlanta; Chicago; Raleigh, Charlotte and other communities in North Carolina; and several regions in Florida – Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville among them.
SGF serves client organizations that may be active in several markets at once.
“Many of our clients utilize us as their single point of contact to manage rehabs and repairs in many markets at the same time,” said Susan Dupont, SGF’s president. “Expansion into these markets will enable us to serve both existing and new clients as they acquire assets in these areas.”
