Skyline Displays Heartland Rebrands as Skyline E3

Skyline Displays Heartland is changing its name to Skyline E3—which stands for exhibits, events and environments—to reflect its expansion to new services.

“Our previous name portrayed us as a regional display company, while Skyline E3 more clearly represents to our clients and partners the full range of our international exhibit, event and environment capabilities,” said Todd Williams, the company’s president.

Skyline got its start building exhibits for trade shows, but a few years ago, several clients started asking Williams and his team if they could offer other services, such as building displays for showrooms and office entryways.

“Really, anything where there’d be a marketing message,” Williams said.

As a result of the expansion, Skyline E3 has added nine workers over the past three years, growing from 20 to 29 employees.

It’s a busy time for Skyline E3.

The company celebrated its 15th anniversary last year, and later this year, it’ll move into a new facility in Lenexa.

That location will allow Williams to consolidate from three buildings currently.

The Skyline team had been weighing a name change for a while, but decided six months ago to pull the trigger.

The company is moving forward with the rebranding now, Williams said, because “with the new location, we want to makes sure all our T’s are crossed before we move in.”
