Small Changes Big Shifts: Making a Difference – Go Shout Love’s Kristin Estok

Joining Dr. Michelle Robin on Small Changes Big Shifts is Kristin Estok. She is the founder of Go Shout Love, a social good company that works to raise awareness and funds for families who have a child with a rare illness. Estok started her journey as a new mother who had just had her first child and  had come across stories through social media where she had seen other moms in the same life stage, but they were walking through drastically different circumstances where they had a child with fatal illnesses. Estok knew she had to help in some way. She established Go Shout Love in June 2014. The organization has featured 13 families and has raised over $140,000 to help offset medical costs and needs of the families.

Also joining Dr. Robin is Lana Robison. Robison  and her husband Kyle own and operate a full-service dog food and treat truck in the Kansas City area and are passionate about animal health. Robison says It took a lot of research and persistence trying to work through all of the regulations of starting a food truck that wasn’t for human consumption. Good Dog 2 Go has been featured on KC Live, What’s Cookin KC, and KCTV5.
