HSMC Orizon has hired Steve Welsh as the accounting and consulting firm’s new client service manager.

“Steve brings a broad range of experience and leadership success with his client-focused professionalism,” said Gary Hawkins, the chairman of HSMC Orizon. “We are pleased to have Steve on board to continue to drive HSMC Orizon’s dedication to our team and clients.”

Welsh previously worked as an audit manager with KPMG. He has more than seven years of experience in audits, plus expertise in the engineering, construction, distribution and manufacturing sectors. He holds a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Missouri. And he has been active with the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
