Pasquale Trozzolo, the founder of Trozzolo Communications Group, will receive the St. Ignatius Award, an honor presented to Rockhurst University’s outstanding alumni.
Trozzolo will be recognized during a Sept. 20 ceremony in the Greenlease Library. It will be part of the university’s Family and Alumni Weekend.
Trozzolo graduated from Rockhurst in 1975. In addition to his success as a business owner, he is being recognized for his work for the American Red Cross and other organizations.
The other honorees include James R. Owens Jr., the other St. Ignatius recipient; Betsy VanderVelde, winner of the Xavier Medal of Honor; and Patrick Wank, who will be presented the Faber Young Alumni Award.
