Artist INC—the local program that offers entrepreneurship training to artists—is taking applications now through 5 p.m. Jan. 18 for its next eight-week course.

Starting March 7, participants will meet on Monday evenings to learn business skills that will help them grow their artistic practice. The course will wrap up May 2. (There’s one bye week in the middle of the program, on April 4.)

Interested? You need to be 18 years or older and reside no more than 80 miles away from downtown Kansas City, Mo. You also cannot be a student. Applicants need to submit a CV and work samples and complete an online form. More information is available at this website.

A maximum of 25 people will be selected for Artist INC Live. They will be notified by the middle of February.
