Kansas City’s Culture Lab recently announced an upcoming event called MiniCultureCon KC, which calls for small business owners, entrepreneurs and founders who are interested in enhancing their workplace cultures.
The event will take place Feb. 12 at NBKC Bank, 8320 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, Mo. Registration begins at 4:30 p.m. Keynote speakers include Frank Keck, Joel Goldberg, Aaron Fulk and Harry Campbell.
Culture Lab is a workplace culture accelerator designed for startups and small businesses. The 90-day program uses workshops, culture coaching, employee surveys and a “culture concierge” to work one-on-one with founders and executives in strengthening their workplace cultures.
Culture Lab also partners closely with other local accelerators, such as NBKC’s Fountain City Fintech.
CoreBuild Solutions’ CEO Frank Keck and co-founder of Culture Lab and Culture Concierge Jessie Jacob created the program and lead its operations.
“We work with founders and executives to create intentional workplace cultures because great places to work do not happen by accident,” Jacob wrote in a blog post. “We have a culture development process and framework that make it easy to do this work on your own after the program.”
