After occupying three different locations in the Crossroads District during the past 10 years, EAG Advertising & Marketing has decided to settle in the developing area.

EAG closed on the purchase of the 6,300 square feet of first floor commercial office space at Freight House Loft Condominiums at 2029 Wyandotte, which it has occupied since July 2014. No terms were disclosed.

EAG’s CEO Paul Weber said the company always intended to plant its roots in the Crossroads District, with its integrated residential/commercial environment. “This investment gives us the opportunity to grow into our space, while benefiting from the development happening around us,” he said.
