Enter The Incredible Birthday Party Project, which provides parties for children unable to have one. Data shows children who can’t participate in such events can be stigmatized socially.

Redemption Plus partners with family and bowling entertainment centers and their local charities to donate one birthday party to a needy child for every five party packages purchased by the general public.

In addition, Hill said that Redemption gives back 1 percent of profit, 1 percent of product and 1 percent of time each year.

“We are working on our 501c3 called Play It 4wards, which will be the parent of our The Incredible Birthday Party Project,” he said. “It will be fueled partly from our Pledge 1% initiative.”
