Atlas Labels & Packaging, a custom packaging and promotional distributor based in Kansas City, Kan., has sold to St. Louis-based ALP Holdings. Mergers and acquistions firm The DVS Group was the exclusive advisor to Atlas President Robert Drumm during the transaction.
